Carnival FAQs

  • Yes. Unlimited Ride Wristbands are available for advance purchase online here or at participating Wilco and People’s Community Credit Unions before the Fair and offer a convenient way to save time when you arrive.

  • No. Carnival Fast Passes are available only onsite and cannot be purchased in advance due to limited availability.

  • Yes. If you're purchasing tickets only (without an Unlimited Ride Wristband), the minimum initial purchase is 17 tickets for $20 (onsite price). After your initial purchase, you may add additional tickets in any quantity for $1 per ticket.

  • Yes. If you purchase an Unlimited Ride Wristband, you can add any amount of game tickets/credits to your wristband to play carnival games.

  • Most rides require 4–7 tickets, depending on the attraction.

  • Yes. Every rider must have either:

    • An Unlimited Ride Wristband, or

    • The required number of ride tickets/credits.

  • Yes. The following guests are not permitted on carnival rides:

    • Anyone wearing a cast.

    • Pregnant individuals.

    • Intoxicated individuals.

    • Infants.

  • For the safety of all guests, the ride operator always has the final decision on whether it is safe for a guest to ride.

  • No. The ride list, height requirements, and ticket requirements are subject to change. Ride operators make the final determination on whether a guest may safely ride.
