On June 30, 2021, Washington State fully reopened to allow us to hold standalone events this summer. The Clark County Fair returns August 5-14, 2022.
May 2021: While we were hopeful that we would be able to move forward with the 2021 Clark County Fair, based on the current rising infection rates, the State guidance we have received and what is best for public health, our Fair Board has made the decision to postpone the Fair until 2022. This was a difficult decision that was made in the best interest of the community. It was one not taken lightly nor made quickly; but made to ensure the health and safety of our attendees, volunteers, exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, attractions, and staff.
As disappointed as we are, we are looking forward to bringing the Fair to you in 2022 with all the activities, educational offerings, fun, food, displays and entertainment that we have been known for. Planning for an event of this size takes months and we are committed to working hard to produce the best Fair in Washington.
We wish you good health in the future. We have begun planning several manageable and smaller family-oriented events this summer (that fall within current Washington State guidelines for attendance limits). Individually these stand-alone events have smaller crowds and separate guidance for attendee safety and Covid compliance. When available announcement of these activities will be posted on the www.clarkcoeventcenter.com website.
