Clark County Fair Exhibitor Handbooks

In 2005 the Clark County Fair Open Class and 4-H/FFA Exhibitor Handbooks were printed exclusively online. This is a goal the Fair Association has been working toward since the Open Class handbook went online in 2000. Below are some questions and answers to assist exhibitors with this transition.

Why did the Fair move to online Exhibitor Handbooks?
Fairs across the country are examining all operations in an effort to reduce costs and work more effectively to combat the raising expense of conducting a world class event each summer. The Clark County Fair is striving to keep prices down (so all families and individuals who would like to enjoy the Fair may participate) and to keep premiums high!

In order to use our staff and volunteer resources in the most effective way possible, we endeavor to streamline the entry process, and provide quick and easy access of entry forms, rules and information to all potential exhibitors across our region.

Are both the Open Class and 4-H/FFA Exhibitor Guides be online?
Yes, both the Open Class and the 4-H/FFA Exhibitor Guides are available online at www.clarkcofair.com.

How can I find the Exhibitor Guides online?
Both the Open Class and 4-H/FFA Exhibitor Guides will be available in the spring through the Clark County Fair’s website: www.clarkcofair.com.

What if I don’t have a computer or Internet access?
The Fair Office will print your request on demand and prepare it for pick up or mailing upon request for those without Internet access. Exhibitors are also encouraged to utilize the Internet services available at local public libraries.

If you are having difficulty accessing exhibitor information please contact the Fair Office at 360.397.6180 or stop by our office. We would be happy to print the departments you need.

When is the Fair?
The 2006 Clark County Fair will be held August 4-13.

Where is the Fair Office?
The Clark County Fair Office is located at 17402 NE Delfel Road in Ridgefield, off I-5 at Exit # 9. Fair Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please call ahead for Saturday hours.
