Categories: Soft Fresh, Pressed Fresh, Aged & Mold Ripened
REQUIREMENTS:
1. All entries must use pasteurized goat's milk.
2. All entries become the property of the Clark County Dairy Goat Association.
3. Obtain an exhibitor number from the Premium & Awards Office prior to entering your cheese.
4. Limit 5 entries per person, per category.
5. All entries must be entered during these times: Friday, August 1 from 10am to 2pm
Saturday, August 2 from 10am to noon
6. Entries will be judged for premium points at 1:00 pm on August 2.
(First 6 pts, Second 4 pts, Third 2 pts).
7. Blue Ribbon cheeses from each category will be judged at 4:00 pm on Saturday, August 2, by local personalities for cash prizes.
