& Passport
To Fun
Kids won't want to miss out on
the Passport To Fun, a terrific program that makes learning fun! Children visit Fair
exhibits and participate in lots of fun activities. They'll stand nose-to-nose with a llama, pet a pygmy goat, learn how wool is
spun, and much more!
Kids pick up the "Passport"
at The Columbian Information Booth or in participating Fair departments. Look for
the Passport To Fun signs. At each location there will be a fun learning activity
for kids to do. When done, kids get a stamp in the "Passport." When
the "Passport" has 10 stamps it's complete and kids earn a prize and are
eligible
to be entered to win a $1,500 travel package!
Petting
Zoo & Pony Rides
What child wouldn't love to ride a pony or hug
a baby animal? The Great
American Petting
Zoo is one of the most popular features in the Kids Park. Every day of the Fair kids can enjoy the
company of cuddly creatures like llamas, fallow deer, miniature horses and donkeys,
wallabies, pygmy goats, assorted exotic and domestic goats and sheep, baby calves, pot
bellied pigs, chickens, and Mallard and miniature Call Ducks! And best of all it's still free and open every day. For a small fee, pony rides are
available daily.
