Thank you for your interest in the 2006 Clark County Fair, “Summer’s Best
Family Party”.
We are proud to announce that the 2006 Clark County Fair will include our newest facility, the Exhibition Hall.
This $18.5 million climate controlled, state-of-the-art building is
a major part of our Fair and will continue to generate revenue throughout the
year. As commercial vendors you
should expect to see a beneficial impact from higher expected attendance,
increased foot traffic and more programming which will keep patrons here longer.
Enclosed you will find the application you requested.
Please keep in mind this is an
application only and does not guarantee space in the Fair and no payment should
be returned with the application.
When you return you application please enclose pictures or brochures of your
product, pricing and pictures or detailed drawings of your booth setup (drawings
need not be professional) and a list of other events in which you have
participated. Only
completed applications will be reviewed.
Space availability is determined by the number of exhibitors invited to return
from the previous year’s Fair. Until
this process is completed we will not know what space may be available for new
applicants.
The Clark County Fair reserves the right to
select the type of product and/or services contracted in order to keep the
fair interesting and appealing. In
the event the Fair is unable to accommodate your request you will be notified
in writing as soon as possible. Please
do not contact our office regarding the status of your application as we will
notify you in either case.
For your information and to assist with your decision making process we have
also enclosed a map of the Fairgrounds and layouts for the commercial buildings.
